RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS FOR LIVE EVENTS. To ensure the utmost accuracy in our records, the Indianapolis Bar Association and Foundation cannot accept sales over the phone. Ticket sales close at midnight September 29, 2025 or when sold out. Reservations received less than 24 hours prior to an event and walk-in registrations cannot be guaranteed; they will be accepted on a space-available basis. Cancellations must be made in writing 5 business days prior to the event to receive a refund. If no cancellation is received, payment is due in full.
